LeJuene Thompson is an award-winning international singer and recording artist, dubbed "The Diva in Waiting" by Billboard magazine. Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, she began her professional career in the mid-1980s under the mentorship of world-renowned pastor and gospel musician John P. Kee — where she also met and married Cedric Thompson.
She has recorded with EMI Gospel, released Soul Inspiration (Stellar, GMA Dove & Gospel Excellence nominated) and Metamorphosis, and has been a featured artist with Donald Lawrence & The Tri-City Singers. Her collaborators include Twinkie Clark, Dorinda Clark Cole, Karen Clark Sheard, Shirley Caesar, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Micah Stampley, Anthony Hamilton, Queen Latifah, Aaron Neville, Tyler Perry, and many others.
Beyond music, LeJuene is an acclaimed stage actress, appearing in the Off-Broadway production Mama, I Want to Sing! As founder of Buttrfly Girls, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she empowers young girls and women through mental wellness, food security, faith, and personal growth.
Cedric Thompson is a Grammy Award-winning music producer, writer, and music director. With an illustrious career spanning decades, Cedric has become a pillar in the gospel music industry, known for his innovative arrangements and spirit-filled productions that transcend generations.
